Know Your Rights Training
Everyone, regardless of immigration status has basic rights under the U.S. Constitution and civil rights laws.  The East Texas JFON Know Your Rights training instructs immigrants of their rights, how to exercise them and what to do when their rights are violated.

Everyone’s pathway to becoming a U.S. citizen is different.  Our legal team can help you learn your options – whether it is a child acquiring citizenship through a U.S. citizen parent or an adult applying for naturalization and passing the citizenship exam. 
Child Guardianship Planning
The Child Guardianship Planning workshop is a program directed towards immigrants with children who could be placed into foster care if a parent is deported without a guardianship plan in place for the child.
